Kingfishers - Photographs Norfolk Wedding Wildlife

Lord Paul Sergent
Photographer

Kingfishers  are small, bright blue and orange birds found on most parts of the Norfolk Broads . They fly rapidly, very low over water, and fish from riverside perches,

Kingfishers are found by still or slow flowing water such as lakes, canals broads and rivers.
Most people who have not seen one before imagine they are quiet large. Infact they are about the same size as a house sparrow!

Look at the one sitting on the tree stump.
The rope is about the same size as a mans thumb.
